Because of screen settings, natural wood grain, and manufacturing processes, actual products may have slight variations in color, grain, texture, or other details. For products made from natural wood, these natural variations do not by themselves constitute product defects.
If we discover an error in pricing, inventory, or product information, we may correct the information, update the product listing, or cancel an affected order where appropriate. If an affected order is canceled after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount paid.

An order will enter our processing process after we receive and confirm your order and payment.

LumaComb currently ships only to addresses within the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. logistics center.
Shipping destinations, shipping fees, processing times, and estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds

After a return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
